Recovery & Follow-Up Care

At ITTS Clinic, care does not stop after treatment.

Patients receive aftercare instructions and follow-up support throughout healing and recovery.

What Happens After Surgery?

Patients receive guidance on dressing care, footwear, activity levels and signs to monitor during healing.

Where appropriate, patients are reviewed until healing is complete.

Followed Until Healed

Our follow-up care may include:

Returning to Action

Returning to work or school depends on the treatment performed, footwear requirements and comfort level.

Patients with physically demanding jobs, prolonged standing or enclosed footwear requirements may need additional time or temporary modifications.

Returning to sport depends on the procedure performed and healing progress.

We provide guidance based on your individual circumstances.

Closed Shoes

Open or comfortable footwear may be recommended in the early stages of healing. Closed shoes are usually resumed gradually based on comfort and healing progress.
